While our online store is available 24/7, our production studio occasionally closes for New Zealand public holidays and a small number of planned breaks. These dates may affect production and dispatch times, particularly during busy periods such as Easter and Christmas.
If your order is needed for a specific event, tournament, fundraiser, school function, or business promotion, we recommend placing it as early as possible. Ordering ahead gives us plenty of time to produce your garments and helps avoid unnecessary stress around holiday periods.

How Public Holidays Affect Your Order
When our studio is closed for a public holiday, production temporarily pauses until the next business day. Orders can still be placed online at any time, but printing, artwork approvals, production and dispatch will resume once we're back in the studio.
During particularly busy times of the year, such as the lead-up to Christmas, Easter, or other major holiday periods, production schedules can fill quickly. If your order has a deadline, we strongly recommend getting in touch or placing your order as early as possible. We'll always do our best to meet your timeframe and will let you know if any important dates could affect delivery.
