Ordering custom apparel and personalised merchandise shouldn't be complicated. Whether you're creating branded workwear, sports uniforms, event merchandise, promotional products, or a one-off personalised gift, we've designed our process to be simple from start to finish.
You don't need to know printing terminology, supply perfect artwork, or fill out lengthy quote forms. Simply choose a product, tell us what you're looking for, and we'll guide you through the rest.
Step 1
CHOOSE - Your Product
Start by browsing our growing range of custom products, including apparel, workwear, teamwear, promotional items, and innovative 3D printed products.
Each product page includes helpful information such as available colours, sizing, personalisation options, estimated production times, and pricing, making it easy to find the right product for your project.
Whether you already know exactly what you need or are simply looking for inspiration, we're here to help if you have any questions.
Step 2
SHARE - Your idea or artwork
Once you've found the right product, simply provide your artwork, logo, or design idea.
For the best results, we recommend vector artwork such as AI, SVG, EPS, or PDF files, although we can often work with high-quality PNG images too. If your artwork needs improving or you only have a rough idea, don't worry—we're happy to help prepare it for production.
Many products can be ordered directly online, while more customised projects can be discussed with us to ensure everything is exactly how you want it.
Step 3
APPROVE - Your proof
Before production begins, we'll prepare a digital proof where required so you can review your design.
This gives you the opportunity to confirm artwork placement, colours, spelling, sizing, and any personalisation before we manufacture your order. Nothing moves into production until you're happy with the final design.
Step 4
ENJOY - Your finished merchandise
Once your design has been approved, we'll begin producing your order using the most suitable production methods for your chosen products.
Depending on what you've ordered, this may include professional DTF apparel printing, UV DTF decoration, or high-quality 3D printing. Every order is carefully checked before being packed and dispatched with tracked shipping throughout New Zealand.
If you're ordering from outside New Zealand, we're also happy to arrange international shipping.
